The breakfast was nice hot except for good coffee and all the food was outstanding. Super central location was a plus.

Booked a room with wonderful views, and the staff were especially helpful people especially at the reception desk. The bed was comfy here. Its location in New Orleans was perfectly comfortable and decent, near to Jackson square, civic center and Warehouse District at less than 30 minutes walk to French Quarter.
-
Linda
It had marvellous and beautiful location steps away from an educational museum. Further, it was right by river as well as Jackson square/bourbon street.

Clean accommodation, genuinely helpful and responsive staff especially at the reception desk. A nice size room with coffee and a TV, and comfy bed. The breakfasts except for good coffee. Unbeatable and ideal location, near Warehouse District. Very close to The Warehouse District of New Orleans and the conference center.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercantile Hotel in New Orleans. The location was perfect, being a short walk away from both the French Quarter and the Garden District. Our room was spacious and had all the necessary facilities, including a TV and a fridge. We even enjoyed a complimentary breakfast during our stay. The staff, especially Marlon, were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

William
No complaints whatsoever, the venue met standard, 100% recommend it. The hotel was stylish with supper friendly staff members and a downstairs bar.

Downstairs bar, reasonably spacious and updated room with bedroom, bath, as for instance.

The hotel's historic building was perfect for my Instagram photoshoots. The walking tour through the Garden District was like a Crash Course in history. The Confectionary bar offered drinks that made me forget I was staying at a hotel.
The Wi-Fi internet was so flawless that I didn't have an excuse to avoid work emails.

Steve
The location was comfortable and decent for visiting bars and restaurants near the hotel. I got to the airport within 17 minutes' drive.
Ordered breakfast, it was awful, it should be far better, really.

Fairly clean, brand-new hotel. Booked an extremely spacious and updated room with the pull out couch, fridge, a sofa. Stunning, excellent location in New Orleans, right by walking distance from most restaurants as well as all the attractions and the staffs. For tea or coffee visit Street Car Cafe nearby.
Breakfast awful.

It was fairly clean with genuinely helpful and responsive staff from the front check- in to the check-out. The location was nice, near Warehouse District.
The bed of mine was very uncomfortable.
